All of our Family Law Attorneys were able to attend The Missouri Bar's 19th Annual Family Law Conference in Branson, MO in August 1-3, 2019. They received many hours each of MoBar CLE (Continuing Legal Education) training from experts in the field of Family Law. This is just part of the training they are required to do each year by The Missouri Bar.  Some of the legal subjects presented on were: 3rd Party Custody - Guardianship / Custody / Visitation / Adoption, Violations of Order of Protection, Legal Rules of Professional Conduct / Ethics, Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), Juvenile Law & Family Court, Divorce Consultations, Collaborative Practice - Resolving Disputes Respectfully / Mediation, Domestic Violence, Family Law Court of Appeals, Attorney Client Relationships, Drug Use & Crimes, Email / Text Messages / Social Media in Divorce, Special Needs Adult Children, Law Practice Management, Forensic Accountants in Divorce, GAL Parenting Plans, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO's) / Retirement Plans / Military Retirement Plans, Co-Parents, Depositions, Property Settlements, Tax Provisions in Settlements, Family Law Negotiations, Spousal Support / Maintenance, Legislative & Case Law Updates.  We were glad they could take an evening off of their busy schedules to enjoy a dinner together!
